Viewing Auto Responder Message Recipients

Click the Domain tab.
In the Domains list, select a domain. The Domain Properties appear.
In the left navigation bar, click User Administration. The Username list appears.
Click a user in the Username list. The User Properties appear.
In the left navigation bar, click Information Manager. The User Information Manager page appears.
Click the sub-mailbox link. This will display message detail for selected sub-mailbox.
Click on Information Manager Recipients link at bottom of page under Related Tasks.

Use the Auto Responder Message Recipients page to view all the e-mail addresses who have been sent an automated response message.

The Auto Responder message is sent to each e-mail address that the recipient receives mail from. IMail Server saves the message sender's e-mail address in a file with the ".snt" extension in the account's directory. This file provides the user with a list of users that received the automated response message.
