Managed Public Contacts

When enabled, the Maintenance Service will create, or manage, a WorkgroupShare public contacts folder and user group that represents the users of an IMail domain.

The public contact folder will contain a contact for every user on the domain with Access Information Services enabled.

Settings

• Enabled. When checked, the feature will be turned on.
• Folder name. The format string that will be used to name the WorkgroupShare public contacts folder. The '{0}' variable will be replaced with the IMail domain name.
• Group name. The format string that will be used to name the WorkgroupShare users group. The '{0}' variable will be replaced with the IMail domain name.
• Update Folder Now. This button signals the Maintenance Service to begin its management process for the current domain.
