New Contact for Public Contacts
How to get here
- From the home page, click the  . The Public Folders page appears for selected domain. 
 - Click a  link from the  column. The  page appears.
 - Click the  link which appears only for Public Contacts. The  page appears.
 - Click on . The New Public Contacts User page for the selected domain will appear.
 
The New Contact page will allow adding a new contact to the Public Folder selected. 
-  Enter First Name of the New Contact for selected domain.
 -  Enter Last Name of the New Contact for selected domain.
 - Enter Email Address of the New Contact for selected domain.
 
- (Optional) Enter Company Name of the New Contact for selected domain.
 - (Optional) Enter the Job Title of the New Contact for selected domain.
 - (Optional) Enter the Department of the New Contact for selected domain.
 
-  (Optional) Enter the Home Phone of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -  (Optional) Enter Mobile Phone of the New Contact for selected domain.
 - (Optional) Enter Business Phone of the New Contact for selected domain.
 - . (Optional) Enter the Fax number of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 
-  (Optional) Enter Home Street Address of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -  (Optional) Enter Home City of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -  (Optional) Enter Home State of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -  (Optional) Enter Home Zip Code of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -   (Optional) Enter Home Country of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 
-  (Optional) Enter Business Street Address of the New Contact for the selected domain.
 -  (Optional) Enter Business City of the New Contact for the selected domain.
