Viewing Folders and Messages

You can view and manage folders in the Email folder list on the left side of the page. After you open a folder, messages are displayed on the right side of the page.

To view folders and messages in the Email folder list

• Click a mail folder from the navigation panel to display the message list. The messages in the selected folder will display to the right side of the navigation panel.
• Click a message in the message list to view the message.
• If a folder includes sub-folders, a "+" is displayed to the left of the folder. Click the "+" to expand the folder view and select sub-folders.
• Click the "-" (minus sign) next to a folder to collapse the folder view. Click the "+" (plus sign) next to a folder to expand its view.
