Viewing Today's Appointments
Click the current date in the mini-calendar, at the top left of the window, or click on the Today button in the toolbar. This will change the view to Daily view with the current date selected.
Appointment reminders
When you add an appointment, a reminder is automatically set to remind you 15 minutes before it is due to start. You can stop the appointment from reminding you by opening the Appointment page and unchecking the Reminder checkbox. When a reminder is due, the Reminder dialog box below will pop-up and display.
Tip: For reminders to work properly, be sure that your pop-up blocker is turned off.
- Subject. Displays appointment description.
- Due In. Displays appointment time that is upcoming, or if overdue.
- Dismiss All. Click this button to dismiss all reminders displayed.
- Remind Later. Click this button to be reminded again by the number of minutes selected.
- Wait this long before reminding me again. Selection drop down for the number of minutes for the next reminder.
