How to get hereNote: At the top of each Services page, the name of the Service, its Status (Running or Stopped), and a Start/Stop button appears. This allows you to Start or Stop individual Services from their respective web pages, as well as from the Service Administration page.
Important: After making changes, click Save. Stop the service, wait 5-10 seconds and restart the service.
The IMail Monitor Service page displays the list of services you can monitor and allows you to set how often services are polled and the amount of time to wait for a response.
- In the Check Every text box, specify how often (in seconds) the monitor program should poll the services. You can edit this field by deleting the existing amount and entering a new amount. Then click Save.
- In the Timeout After box, enter the number of seconds to wait for a response. You can edit this field by deleting the existing amount and entering a new amount. Then click Save.
- Service. This column lists the name of the service you want to configure for monitoring. These services appear when you navigate to this page; you can neither add or delete services. To stop or start monitoring a particular service, click the hyperlink under the service to navigate to the Edit Monitor Configuration page. The one exception to this is the Disk Space Monitor service, which has a separate, Low Disk Space Notification page, that must be configured for this specific service.
- Monitored. This column lists whether or not the service is monitored.
- Save. Click to save your changes. An "Update Successful" message and the time of the update appear.
