Change a User's Email Address

Note: If you change a user's email address while that user is signed in, the changes won't take effect until he signs out and signs in again.

1. Sign in to Ipswitch Analytics as an Admin or System Administrator.
2. Open the Users module.

   

3. Click the username you want to edit. The user's details display.

   

4. Enter a new Email address.
5. Click Save.
