Only Creators, Administrators and System Administrators can create reports. Creators are limited to creating Transfer and Workflow reports.
A user can create a report two ways:
In the Template Editor, run a template.Optionally download the report as a PDF or CSV file or save it to the Library.
Create a schedule. A scheduled report uses a template to create the report at the specified time(s). The schedule can deliver the report to the Library, or to email as a PDF or CSV attachment.
After a report is run it is a static artifact; nothing within the report can be altered.
