Edit a Schedule

Any Creator, Administrator or System Administrator can edit a schedule.

  1. Go to REPORTS > Schedule.
  2. Select a schedule to edit and click Edit Properties. The Edit Schedule dialog box opens.
  3. You can edit any of the following items:
  4. Click Preferences.

    The Scheduled Report Preferences dialog box opens. Edit any of the following items:

    Click Save when you are finished.

  5. Click Recipients to edit any of the following:

    Administrators and System Administrators only: Optionally select a Ruleset to control what MOVEit sources will contribute data to the scheduled report.

    Note: You must first create a ruleset before the Ruleset option will display here.

    Important: If a schedule's underlying template already contains filter settings AND you assign a ruleset to the schedule, the report will include only the MOVEit data sources allowed by both. For example, if the template filter allows data from only MOVEit servers A and B and the schedule ruleset allows data from only MOVEit servers B and C, the delivered report will include data from server B only. However, if a schedule's underlying template does not contain any filter settings and the schedule creator does not assign a ruleset to the schedule, the delivered report will contain data from all MOVEit sources.

    Click Save when you are finished with Recipients.

  6. Click Save again to save the schedule.
