Control Access to a Library Report

Edit a Library report's properties to change its access settings.

Note: Creators must have access to a Library report to be able to edit its properties. Administrators and System Administrators can view and edit all Library reports at all times, even if they are not explicitly given access to any reports.

  1. Go to REPORTS > Report Library.
  2. Select any Library report row and click Edit Properties.

    The Edit Report Properties dialog box opens.

  3. Change the Group Access and User Access settings to grant or remove access to this Library report. Click inside each box to select from a list of groups and users.

    Optional: Change the Report name and Description.

  4. Click Save.
