View Folders

Click the Folders link in the left navigation to view folders to which you have access:

The name of the currently viewed folder displays at the top of the screen (/ Home/ in the example above). A list of the files and sub-folders contained within that folder display in the table.

The table contains the following information about each item:

• (Checkbox): Selects a folder or file in preparation for an action in the Selected File/Folder Actions section.
• Name: The name of the folder or file. New files are bold. Files whose integrity was verified during upload are marked with the integrity icon . Click a folder name to open that folder; click a file name to either open the file view or download the file, depending on the organization settings.

  Note: If content scanning is enabled, files that pass the content scan (Anti-Virus and/or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) scans) are marked with this icon . Files that fail the scan are marked with a warning icon .

• File ID: The unique ID of the file. (WebPost filelists will see this column in place of the Name column)
• Created: The date the folder was created or the file was uploaded
• Size/Contents: For folders, the number of subfolders and/or files in the folder will be shown, if any exist. For files, the byte count of the file will be shown.
• Creator: The user who created the folder or uploaded the file
• Uploading IP/Agent: (WebPosts only) The IP address and agent (often a browser) used to upload this file
• Downloads () The number of times the file has been downloaded

  Note: Even though someone else has downloaded a certain file, it may still be "new to you") This statistic is often used to quickly see what the most popular downloads in a given folder are.

• Integrity (): If this file was uploaded with integrity checking, an icon is displayed here.

You may also select another folder to view from the Go to Folder drop-down menu.
