Import Keys

To import a key into the Ipswitch Gateway keystore:

  1. On the Keys and Certs page, click Import.
  2. Drag a key file (.pfx or .p12) into the boxed area or click to browse and locate the file. A single .pfx or .p12 file may contain multiple keys.
  3. Add the Password for the key file.
  4. Click Import. After successful import, the new key displays in the Keys list.

Duplicate Keys warning: If you uploaded the same key twice, you'll see a yellow Duplicate Keys warning notifying you that the key has already been uploaded. You can either upload another key file or return to the Key List.

Key Conflicts warning: If the key you uploaded conflicts with the alias name of another key in the Ipswitch Gateway keystore, you'll see a yellow Key Conflicts warning. The key you attempted to upload will display on the left and the existing key displays on the right. You can do one of the following in this scenario:

Click Resolve Key Conflicts.

Note: If you upload multiple keys at the same time, some keys may be duplicates or have key conflicts and others may not. Keys without conflict display further down the page.

Click KeyReturn to return to the Keys list at any time.
