If your sign-on attempt fails, an error message appears: "Invalid username/password or not allowed to sign on from this location." For security reasons, the same message appears when a sign-on attempt is unsuccessful, regardless of the reason.
If you attempt to sign on too many times within a short period of time, you might get locked out of the system.
For assistance, click Help at the bottom of the Sign On page.
