Sign On

As a guest user recipient, you receive a new package notification email. The email contains a link to MOVEit Transfer.

You also receive a password, either in the new package notification email, or in a separate email.

• To sign on as a guest:

1. In the email, click the link to MOVEit Transfer, or copy the link and paste it into your browser.

   The Sign On page opens. The Username field contains your email address.

   

2. In the Password field, type the password that was sent to you either in the package notification email, or in a separate notification email.
3. Click Sign On.
4. The Packages from [sender] page opens. Go to View Packages.

   Internet Explorer users only:

   If you are using Internet Explorer, you might be prompted to install the ActiveX Wizard if your system is configured to allow it. Benefits of using the Wizard include the ability to:

   • Transfer files faster
   • Transfer files greater than 2GB
   • Transfer multiple files at once
   • Perform automatic integrity checking to ensure file non-repudiation
   • Compress/Uncompress data on the fly
   • Add files via drag-and-drop

   Recommended: Install the Wizard.

• To install the Wizard

  Click Install the Upload/Download Wizard (ActiveX).

  If you choose to Disable the Wizard, you can always install and enable it later at the bottom of the package page. For more information, see Configure the Upload/Download Wizard.
