How do I recover from a failed send?

You may encounter a situation in which you compose and send a secure transfer, but the Ad Hoc Transfer Plug-in for Outlook does not actually send your files to your recipients. The message stays in the the Personal Folders > MOVEit Outbox folder until you fix the problem and attempt to send again. (See Why isn't the Ad Hoc Transfer Plug-in for Outlook sending files? for some reasons that Outlook does not send the message.)

After you fix the issue, check the Personal Folders > MOVEit Outbox folder for the unsent message and send the message again.
