Pause or Resume a Transfer In Progress

When you upload or download a message, the transfer details display at the bottom of the screen. You can pause a transfer that is in progress, and resume the transfer as needed.

• To pause and resume a transfer in progress:

1. In the transfer details window at the bottom of the screen, locate the transfer you want to pause or resume. Only In-Progress transfers can be paused, and only Paused transfers can be resumed.
2. Click Pause to stop the transfer.

   

   Warning: Your transfer may be canceled automatically if you leave it paused for too long.

   Click Resume to continue the transfer from the point where it last stopped.

   

   Tip: You can also click Cancel at any time to permanently stop the transfer.
