View Transfer Error Text

Sometimes you need to view details about why a message didn't complete transfer. You may want to know

• Why a message failed
• Who canceled a message and when that person canceled it
• The history of a retried message

There are two ways to view details about incomplete messages:

• View upload errors
• View transfer errors
