Retry a Failed or Canceled Transfer

When a transfer has a status of Failed or Canceled, you can retry the transfer. You can retry upload and download transfers.

• To retry a failed or canceled transfer:

1. In the transfer details window at the bottom of the screen, locate the Failed or Canceled transfer you want to retry.
2. Click Retry to retry the transfer.

   

   The transfer's Status changes to In Progress and the transfer begins again.

   The Uploaded tab will display information about this Retry under the Error Text column.
