Remote Reports: Top 10 Disk Utilization dashboard report
This home-level dashboard report displays the top devices based on their percentage of utilized disk space on a Remote Site. Placing this dashboard report in a dashboard allows you to keep tabs on crucial devices and their current disk load by glancing at the colors associated with each percentage level:
- . Above 90%
- . Between 80% and 90%
- . 80% or less
Each entry in the report contains the following information:
- . The remote server for which the report is configured.
- . The time the "snapshot" displayed in this report was taken from the Remote Site.
- . The network device.
- . The device's drive description.
- . The percentage of the disk currently utilized.

To configure this dashboard report in WhatsUp Gold:
- In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select > . The Configure Report dialog appears.
- Enter or select the appropriate information for the following fields.
- . Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar of the dashboard report pane.
- . Select a Remote Site for the report from the list.
: The Remote Sites in this list are populated on the WhatsUp Gold console at.
- . Select a device group by clicking the button. Select to select all devices regardless of their subgroups.
- . Enter the number of individual items within the category you want to display in the dashboard report. The report will display the top values based on the sort option selected in . All other items in the category are included in the 'Others' category, and will be displayed when is selected.
- . Enter a width for the column in pixels.
- Click to save changes.
