- Help is always available by clicking Help in all Ipswitch products. It provides information about IMail Server configuration, advanced configuration, services options, mailing lists, and more.
- The release notes, located in the folder, provide an overview of the changes, known issues, and bug fixes for the current release. The release notes also contain instructions for upgrading IMail Server and configuring external databases. These release notes can also be viewed at: Release Notes v10.02
