Add Subfolder

To create a folder at your root level:

  1. Click View Folders > Manage Folders. This will open the Manage Folders window.
  2. Click the Add Subfolder next to Email.
  3. This will pop-up a window script, asking you to enter the new folder name.
  4. Enter the new name and click OK.
  5. Your screen will refresh, and the new folder should appear.

To create a folder within another folder:

  1. Click View Folders > Manage Folders. This will open the Manage Folders window.
  2. Click the Add Subfolder next to mailbox you would like to create the folder under.
  3. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to enter the new folder name.
  4. Enter the new name and click OK.
  5. Your screen will refresh, and the new folder should appear, indented under the parent folder.

Note: You cannot create new folders with the following names: Inbox, Sent, Deleted, and Drafts. These folder names are used by the system.
