Delete Folder

To Delete a folder

Note: You cannot delete your INBOX. This folder name is used by the system.

1. Click View Folders > Manage Folders. This will open the Manage Folders window.
2. Click the Delete button to the right of the folder that you would like to delete.

   Tip: You cannot delete a folder that contains a subfolder. You must delete all subfolders before the parent folder can be deleted.

3. A confirmation window asking "Are you sure you want to delete the selected folder?"
4. Click OK or Cancel.

Important: Messages within a folder are permanently deleted when you click Delete. Make sure that there are no messages you want to save before you delete the folder.
