Adding a Rule Condition
Use this pop-up dialog to create a rule condition.
Define Condition
- Select the message field that you want to filter: , , ,, , or

- Select to have the delivery rule filter messages that have this search text.
- Select to have the delivery rule filter messages that do have the search text.
- Enter search text that contains the text you want to search. Enter the search text by doing one or more of the following:
- Enter the literal text that you want to search for. For example, if you want to find the word "jazz", enter: jazz
- Type search expressions and quantifiers as shown in text patterns.
- Paste a portion of a mail message that meets your search criteria. For example, you could copy and paste text such as "XMSMailPriority(High)" from the header of a message; this would search for High priority messages.
- Select to search for text that matches the case of the search text. To ignore the text case, clear
- Click to add condition.
- Click to exit without saving changes.
