Empty Folder

Depending on how Manage User Options is set, an emptied folder contents are either: moved to your Deleted folder, purged immediately, or deleted after you receive the confirmation message (Are you sure you want to move all messages from this folder to the deleted folder?) and click OK.

  1. Click the Mail Folders link from the main menu to display all available mail folders.
  2. Select the mail folder to be emptied and select Empty from the Folder List Actions drop down menu.
  3. A confirmation window asking "Are you sure you want to empty the selected folder?"
  4. Click OK or Cancel.
