Adding Attachment

Attachments can only be added when creating new a message, replying to a message, or forwarding a message.

To Add An Attachment

  1. Click on Attachment button. This will open the Attachment text box area just below the Subject.
  2. Click on the Browse button to locate and select the file to be attached. Click Open.
  3. The path to the selected file will appear in the text box.
  4. Click Insert File button. This will add the selected file to your message. The attached file name displays below the Attachment text box. Each file attachment has a icon next to the file name. To remove an individual file attachment, click the icon.

    Important: Make sure that you click Insert File before trying to send or save a draft a message with an attachment. The attachment is not inserted to the message until you click Insert File. If you forget, a prompt appears to remind you.

Note: Once you have clicked Send, you cannot cancel sending the message.
