If your administrator has enabled conversation logging, the server generates a message during logon notifying you that conversations are being stored. This message also states how long your conversations will be stored.
If conversations are stored on the server, you can retrieve them at any time before the expiration limit is reached.
Note: The days to expiration limit is determined by your administrator.
Click the Don't warn me again for this server check box if you do not want to see this message again during the logon process. If this check box is not checked, you will be notified each time you log on.
Click OK to close the dialog.
