Goodbye (Leave an IM Conversation)
To leave a conversation permanently, select Action > Goodbye/Leave Conversation. The conversation will close; users who are still active in the conversation will see a message that you have left the conversation.
Note: Leaving a conversation is not the same action as Closing the Window . If you leave the conversation, other users may continue the conversation well into the future, but you will not be notified of additional conversation context.
