Custom Status Messages Dialog

While Ipswitch Instant Messaging is delivered with a list of pre-set Online status messages, the system allows you to easily edit the pre-set messages or create your own.

• New. Click New to create a new status message.  The New/ Edit Status Message dialog appears.

• Edit. To edit a message, select an existing message from the list and click Edit. The New - Edit Status Message dialog appears. 

  

• Delete.  Select a status message from the list, then click Delete to remove it.
