Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Support recommends creating a dedicated Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailbox Database.

This accomplishes the following:

• Physically and logically separates the Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailbox contents and activities from those of your organization.
• Allows Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Support to take advantage of Exchange Mailbox Database-level optimizations.
• Allows the Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailbox to be isolated from Exchange Database Access Group (DAG) configurations your organization may have set up for user mailbox backup, restore and disaster recovery.

  Note: A more advanced setup could include Exchange DAG backup, restore and disaster recovery for the Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailbox database but this isn't required for Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Support.

The Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailbox Database can be used for multiple Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailboxes if more than one Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Agent is used provided the Exchange Mailbox Database capacity configurations will support the capacity configurations of the Ipswitch Analytics Exchange Mailboxes.
