Delete Message

To Delete a Message

Two methods for deleting messages:

1. Click the Delete button when message is open for preview, or
2. Check box next to message in the Folder List, and click Delete button on menu.

To Delete Multiple Messages

All messages in the Web Messaging Lite have a check box next to the message that can be selected. Message selections are remembered when paging to next page, allowing user to click the Delete button only once.

Note: Messages will be deleted immediately unless you have selected Move to Deleted Folder in the User Preferences page.
