Empty Folder

Depending on how your Preferences are set up, once you have emptied a folder, its contents are either: moved to your Deleted folder, purged immediately, or deleted after you receive the confirmation message (Are you sure you want to move all messages from this folder to the deleted folder?) and click OK.

  1. Click View Mail Folders button to display all available folders which all contain the "Empty" link.
  2. Click the Empty link to the right of the folder that you would like to empty.
  3. A confirmation window asking "Are you sure you want to empty the selected folder?"
  4. Click OK or Cancel.
