Updating Meeting Requests using Web Client Calendar

  1. From the Web Client click on Calendar.
  2. Select "Meeting / Appointment" to be updated by double clicking.
  3. Modify meeting data, Subject, Location, Start Time, and any other information necessary, and click "Save and Close".
  4. This will generate an "Updated" Meeting E-mail to all users attending your Meeting.

Note: Outlook 2000 has a known issue when receiving meeting requests, of not recognizing meeting requests when Reminder is turned on. Be sure to uncheck reminder if Outlook 2000 is being used.
