Delete Folder

To Delete a folder

Note: You cannot delete your INBOX, Drafts, Sent or Deleted mail folders. These folder names are used by the system.

1. From the Main Menu select Mail Folders. This will display and list all mail folders.

   Tip: You cannot delete a folder that contains a subfolder. You must delete all subfolders before the parent folder can be deleted.

2. Click the Folder List Actions dropdown menu and select Delete.
3. A confirmation window asking "Are you sure you want to delete this item?"
4. Click OK or Cancel.

Important: Messages within a folder are permanently deleted when you click Delete. Make sure that there are no messages you want to save before you delete the folder.
