Viewing Message Folders
You can view messages in the INBOX or any other mail folder. Click a folder and click a message to preview.
Important. Lite Web Client will not auto-refresh automatically. Select Refresh Mail brom the List Actions drop down menu.
Message List
- Message Status column:
= New/unread Message
= Replied to Message
= Deleted Message
= Draft Message
= High Priority
= Low Priority
= Attachment
- From column. Displays the message originator.
- Received column. Displays the message received date and time.
- Subject. Displays beneath the Message Status / From row.
Folder Paging
The default setting of messages per page is 10. The Number of items to show per page is an option that can modified in your User Options, located from the Home page, click on Manage User Options.
When there are more messages to display than the User Option setting, then linked page numbers will display at the bottom of the message folder. The highlighted page at the bottom will tell you what page you are on.
If your messages per page is set to a number that is higher than what will fit in your web browser window, a scroll bar will appear.
