Emoticons

Emoticons are icons that visually represent emotions and body language you might use in an actual face-to-face conversation.

To Insert an Emoticon into a message:

1. From a Conversation Window, use your mouse and click on the Conversation Tool set.
2. An Emoticon list displays. Click the desired Emoticon from the list. 
3. The selected Emoticon is inserted into your message.
