Edit a Ruleset

Note: This topic describes how to edit a ruleset's name, description and MOVEit sources. To remove a ruleset from a user group or a schedule, edit the user group or schedule in either Users > Groups or Reports > Schedule, edit the user group or schedule, and for Ruleset select No ruleset.

  1. Sign in as an Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. In the top bar, click SETTINGS.

    The Rulesets tab appears, with a list of existing rulesets.

  3. Click a ruleset name. The Edit Ruleset - ruleset-name page opens

    If filters have been applied to the ruleset, the sources appear on the left.

  4. Optional: Change the Ruleset Name and/or Description.
  5. To limit the sources of the ruleset, click Add Filter. The Add Filter dialog box opens, Make selections and click Add. For more information, see Add a Filter.
  6. Click Save when you are finished editing the ruleset.
