Preferred Language

Administrators can set the preferred language for Ipswitch Analytics. Choices are English (default), French, Spanish, and German. The language you select is used as the

• Language in the Web Admin console. Changes take effect the next time an administrator signs in.
• Default language for users.

  Administrators can edit a user to select a different language.

  Each user can select a language after signing in.

  Changes to a user's preferred language take effect the next time the individual user signs in.

To set or change the system default language:

1. Select the ADMIN module, click the System tab, and click General.
2. Select a language and click Save.

To change a user's language:

1. If the user does not exist, add the user.
2. Select the USERS module.
3. Click the username whose language you want to change.
4. Click User preferences, select the language, and click Save.
5. Click Save.
