Install the Ipswitch Analytics Server and Agent

If you do not have a previous installation of Ipswitch Analytics:

• Follow instructions in Install Ipswitch Analytics. Complete the server and agent installation.

  During the agent installation, when you are prompted to choose the agent type, select Exchange Server.

If you have a version of Ipswitch Analytics prior to Ipswitch Analytics 2.1:

• Update your server installation and upload a license for Ipswitch Analytics 2.1
• Install a new Ipswitch Analytics Agent to use for Exchange. (Agents prior to 2.1 do not include Exchange support).
