About the VoIP Active Monitor

The VoIP Active Monitor lets you set the acceptable Mean Option Score (MOS) threshold for an IP SLA device. If the threshold is exceeded, an alert can be sent specifically to notify the appropriate network manager about the issue. Note: The WhatsUp Gold VoIP Monitor must be activated to use the VoIP Active Monitor.
