Lite Web Client Help

Main Menu

The main menu is the first page to display upon login. This page is the root to all the Lite Web Client pages, and is always available by clicking the top left link called "Home".

The main menu allows access to your Inbox, all Mail Folders, Address Books, Calendars, Tasks, Notes and managing user options.

Note: Disk Space Usage. Displays only if your network administrator has set disk space limits on your email account.

Title Display Information

• UserID. Displays current user that is logged in.
• Disk Space Used. Displays the maximum disk space used and the maximum limit set by your network administrator. This will only display if your network administrator has set disk space limits on your email account.

Main Menu Selection

• Compose New Message. Opens window to start a new message.
• Inbox. Displays all read and unread mail messages.
• Mail Folders. Displays all mail folders for the current logged in user. Also allows mail folder maintenance (Adding, Renaming, Deleting and Emptying.)
• Address Books. Display public contacts that are available and manage personal contacts and groups.
• Calendars. Displays and maintains appointments for the day, week and month.
• Tasks. Display all user's task folders.
• Notes. Display all user's note folders.
• Managing User Options. Maintain User Options that lite Web Client relates to and uses.
• Manage Away Message. Enable or disable your Away Message for when you are unable to check your email messages.
• Change Password. Click this link to open the Change Password pop-up dialog.
• Switch to Full Web Client. Allows user to switch to the full Web Client without logging out and logging in again.
• Help. Click this link to open the Lite Client Help.
• Log Out. Click to log out of your session.
