Mail Folders

You can manage your Email folders by clicking on Mail Folders. This will display all mailboxes for the specified user. Select a mail folder to display the message list within the mailbox. The Mail Folders also has the following Folder List Actions:

• Add Folder. Create a new message folder at the root level, or within another folder.
• Add Subfolder. Create a new message folder within another folder, as checked.
• Rename. Rename a message folder that you have created.
• Empty. Click this option to remove all messages within the folder, leaving only the folder.
• Delete Folder. Delete a message folder that you have created.
