General Options

Run this program when Windows starts
When selected, the client runs automatically when Windows starts.
Enable Sounds
If selected, the client sounds an alert when a new message is received.
Show Date/Time stamps in conversations
If selected, the client attaches a time and date reference to each message in the upper panel of the Conversation Window .
Show User IDs in conversations (instead of Display Names)
If selected, the client displays other users' account names instead of their Display Names. For example, you would see jdoe instead of John Doe.
Show idle after (minutes)
If selected, the client changes your status to Idle after the specified number of minutes of inactivity.
Show idle when screen saver is on
If selected, the client changes your status to Idle when your screen saver activates.
Show idle when desktop is locked
If selected, the client changes your status to Idle when your desktop is locked.
Bring Window to front on new message
If selected, the client launches new conversation windows above all other windows. When unselected, the client launches new conversation windows minimized (the Windows taskbar button flashes to catch your attention).
Message window always on top
If selected, conversation windows are displayed on top of all other windows.
