Public Contacts List
The Public Contacts List is a directory of all public users who have access to the Ipswitch Instant Messaging network, much like a telephone book.
Note: Depending on the settings determined by your administrator, some users may not be listed on the Public Contacts List.
Things to know about the Public Contacts List:
- You can't add, edit, or delete any information on this list. Only the administrator has the ability to add or edit Public Contacts List information.
- If you want to contact an unpublished user, you must first obtain the contact address information and add the unlisted user as a Personal Contact.
