Located below the Public Contacts list on the Main Window , the Personal Contacts list functions like a personal address book. The ability to add or edit a new Contact or Contact Group allows you to organize your contacts into groupings that meet your specific needs.
Note: The Personal Contacts List is not the same as the Public Contacts List . Only the administrator can add or remove a contact or group on the Public Contacts listing, but you have control over your Personal Contacts List.
