Configuring Alert Center thresholds

To configure any of the four types of Alert Center thresholds, click the Alert Center tab, then click Threshold Library.

On the Select Threshold Type dialog, select the type of threshold you want to configure, then click OK.

You can select from the following thresholds:

• Performance
  • CPU
  • Custom
  • Disk
  • Interface
  • Interface Errors and Discards
  • Memory
  • Ping Availability
  • Ping Response Time
• Passive
  • SNMP trap
  • Syslog
  • Windows Event Log
• Flow Monitor
  • Flow Monitor Conversation Partners
  • Flow Monitor Custom Threshold
  • Flow Monitor Failed Connections
  • Flow Monitor Interface Traffic
  • Flow Monitor Top Sender/Receiver
• System
  • Blackout Summary
  • Failover
  • WhatsUp Health
  • VMware
