Viewing Message Folders
You can view messages in the INBOX or any other mail folder. Click a folder and click a message to preview.
Important. Web Messaging Lite will not auto-refresh automatically. Click the Check Mail button to see new messages.
Message List
- Message Status column:
= new/unread message
= replied to message
= deleted message
= draft message
- Attachment column. Displays a
when an attachment is included with a message. - From column. Displays the message originator.
- Subject column. Displays the message subject line.
- Received column. Displays the message received date and time.
- Size (bytes) column. Displays the message size in bytes (including any attachments).
Folder Paging
The default setting of messages per page is 10. The Number of items to show per page is an option that can be set in Preferences, and is only available with Web Messaging Lite.
When there are more messages to display than the setting in Preferences, then linked page numbers will display at the bottom of the message folder. The highlighted page will tell you what page you are on.
If your messages per page is set to a number that is higher than what will fit in your web browser window, a scroll bar will appear.
