Wireless tab

The Wireless tab is where you go to configure and view information gathered by Wireless, a feature within WhatsUp Gold that allows you to track and manage wireless devices as well as identify rogue devices and access points connected to your network. The tab is broken into 6 pages:

• The Map page which displays a graphical representation of the wireless devices on your network.
• The Performance page which displays graphs for bandwidth, the number of rogues, received signal strength, the number of clients, CPU utilization, signal to noise ratio, and memory utilization for the selected device group.
• The Clients page which lists wireless clients currently connected to the network.
• The Rogues page which lists wireless devices that have been identified as rogues by the Wireless Infrastructure.
• The Log page which lists a time line of informational events concerning the Wireless service.
• The Settings page which allows you to configure global and data collection-specific settings. You can also add exclusions to and manage the current Excluded Rogues list from this page.
