Viewing Mail Folders

You can view all mail folders by clicking View Mailboxes link, from the Landing Page. To open a mailbox click on the named folder. To modify what page you would like to log straight into, go to your User Preferences.

To go straight to your INBOX click the message stating "INBOX xx Unread Messages".

Note: Disk Space Usage. Displays only if your network administrator has set disk space limits on your email account.

Top Menu Selection

• Address Books. Display all personal contacts, and public contacts if they exist.
• Preferences. Managing personal preferences.
• Help. Click for more Web Messaging Lite detail information.
• Log Out. Click to log out of your session.

Title Display Information

• Welcome: UserID. Displays current user that is logged in.
• Disk Space Used. Displays the maximum disk space used and the maximum limit set by your network administrator. This will only display if your network administrator has set disk space limits on your email account.

Mail Folder Menu Selection

• Compose New Message: Opens window to start a new message.
• Check Mail. Refreshes the browser to display any new messages.
• Manage Folders: Create, Delete, and Rename message folders.

Folder List Display

• Mailbox Name: Click to display messages for this message folder.
• Unread Messages: Total number of unread messages in message folder.
• Total Messages: Total number of messages in message folder.
• Size: Total size of message folder (gb,mb,kb,b).
• Empty: To empty this message folder of all messages.

Message Display:

• Click on message in the message folder list to preview the message.
