The Top Menu contains task buttons that let you:

• Return to your Home (default) mailbox
• View the Web Client Help system
• Switch to a different mailbox
• Change your password
• Log off

The Search bar lets you locate mailbox messages or messages you've uploaded using Filename and Class ID search terms. Searches are limited to the messages within the currently selected tab (Available, Downloaded, Canceled or Uploaded).

You can view messages in only one mailbox at a time. The name of the current mailbox displays in the gray bar at the top of the screen.

Mailbox messages display in three separate tabs according to their current status:

• Available: Messages available for download that have not been downloaded yet. When you download or cancel these messages, they disappear from this tab and display beneath the Downloaded or Canceled tabs respectively.
• Downloaded: Messages that you downloaded. You can download these messages again at any time.
• Canceled: Messages that you canceled. When you download a canceled message, it disappears from this tab and displays beneath the Downloaded tab.

Select a tab to view those messages in the window below. The Reference section defines all mailbox message fields.

Use the Search bar to find messages within each tab.

If you switch mailboxes, the mailbox name will change and the three mailbox tabs will show messages in the new mailbox instead.

TIP: Click Home in the top menu to return to the Available messages in your default mailbox.

The Uploaded tab shows messages that you have uploaded to any MessageWay mailbox. The Reference section defines all fields in the Uploaded window.

Use the Search bar to locate specific uploaded messages.

Click the message ID of any uploaded message to view all of its related output messages and document reconciliation (if available).

Click to upload messages to MessageWay recipients.

All of your uploads and downloads display in one place at the bottom of the screen where you can:

• View transfer progress
• Pause or resume transfers in progress
• Cancel transfers in progress
• Verify when transfers are complete
• Retry failed or canceled transfers
• View error text associated with failed transfers.

The most recent transfer always displays at the top of the list. When a transfer finishes, you can click Close to remove the transfer from the transfer details window.

Transfer details display at the bottom of the workspace no matter which tab you select, but you can click Hide Detail or Show Detail to hide or show it if necessary.
